Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Stalker mobile application, website and related services provided by Sentez Inc.

By downloading, accessing, purchasing or using Stalker, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Description of the service

Stalker is an AI-powered people search assistant. Given a name and optional filters, it synthesizes a structured profile from publicly available information on the open internet — social profiles, public records, press and personal sites.

We may add, remove, suspend or modify features at any time, including AI outputs, supported sources, subscription tiers and product surfaces.

3. Eligibility and age restriction

Stalker is intended exclusively for users aged 18 or older. You must confirm your age when first launching the app. Misrepresenting your age violates these Terms and may result in immediate termination.

The service is currently delivered for iPhone and may require supported iOS versions, device hardware, network access and an App Store account.

4. Acceptable use

You agree to use Stalker lawfully and responsibly. The following are strictly prohibited:

• Stalking, harassing, threatening, intimidating, defaming or doxxing any person.
• Using results to make decisions about employment, credit, housing, insurance, tenancy, education, government benefits or any other purpose regulated by the U.S. Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) or similar laws. Stalker is not a consumer reporting agency.
• Using results to discriminate against any person based on race, color, religion, national origin, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, age, disability, marital status or any other protected category.
• Attempting to identify minors, or to surface non-public, paywalled or behind-login information.
• Reverse-engineering, scraping, probing, disrupting or bypassing technical or security protections of the service.
• Using bots, scripts or automation to access the service except as expressly permitted by us.
• Reselling, sublicensing or commercially redistributing results without our written permission.
• Uploading content you do not own or do not have permission to use.

5. AI outputs and disclaimers

Stalker provides automated, non-human analysis based on third-party public information. Identifications, profile fields, narrative summaries and follow-up answers may be incomplete, outdated, mismatched or inaccurate.

Always verify important information directly with the person or an authoritative source before acting on it. Stalker does not provide legal, medical, financial, employment, credit, lending, tenancy or professional advice.

Stalker is not affiliated with or endorsed by Instagram, LinkedIn, Tinder, Bumble, X/Twitter, Facebook, Wikipedia or any other third-party platform referenced in results.

6. Subscriptions, billing and refunds

Stalker uses a freemium model. The first search is free; additional searches require a paid plan. Standard pricing is $3.99 per single search, $6.99 per week, or $49.99 per year through Apple in-app purchase. Pricing, renewal timing and taxes are presented through the App Store and may change over time.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled through your Apple account settings before the renewal date. Refunds, billing disputes and purchase management are handled per Apple's applicable platform policies.

7. Intellectual property

The Stalker service, including its software, branding, interface design, text, graphics and underlying technology, is owned by Sentez Inc. or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Except for limited rights to use the app in accordance with these Terms, no rights are granted to you in our intellectual property. Third-party trademarks (Instagram, LinkedIn, Tinder, Bumble, X, Facebook and others) belong to their respective owners.

8. Reporting and removal

If a result contains inaccurate, harmful or privacy-violating information, you can report it from inside the app (Report Issue) or email privacy@sentez.co. If you are the subject of a result and want to be excluded from future searches, email privacy@sentez.co with proof of identity and we will process your request.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend, restrict or terminate access to the service at any time if we believe you violated these Terms, used the service while underage, or otherwise used the service in a harmful, unlawful, discriminatory or abusive manner.

You may stop using the service at any time by discontinuing access and deleting the app from your device.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stalker and Sentez Inc. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, goodwill loss or business interruption arising out of or related to your use of the service, including any reliance on identifications, profile fields or follow-up answers.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid Stalker during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim, or one hundred U.S. dollars, whichever is greater.

11. Governing law and contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, U.S.A., without regard to conflict of law principles, unless otherwise required by consumer protection laws in your place of residence.
