1. Introduction and scope

This Privacy Policy explains how Sentez Inc. ("Sentez," "Stalker," "we," "our," or "us") collects, uses, stores and shares information when you use the Stalker mobile application, website and related support services.

Stalker is an AI-powered people search assistant. It takes a name and returns a structured profile synthesized from publicly available information on the open internet — social profiles, public records, press, and personal sites.

By using the service you acknowledge your information may be processed as described below. Stalker is intended only for adults (18+) and may only be used for lawful, non-discriminatory purposes.

2. Information we collect

We collect information you provide directly, information generated through your use of the app, and certain technical data from your device.

• Search queries you enter: names, locations, schools, employers and other free-text filters.
• Search history and saved profiles you create inside the app.
• Follow-up chat messages you send to drill into a profile.
• Use case selection (dating, professional, reconnecting, curious) collected during onboarding for product personalization.
• Support information you send us, including your email address and message contents.
• Device and technical data: device model, OS version, app version, IP-derived region, language, crash logs and diagnostics.
• Usage data: feature interactions, session timing, subscription state and aggregate engagement metrics.
• App Tracking Transparency (ATT) attribution identifiers when you opt in.
• Age confirmation indicating you are 18 or older.

3. Public information about third parties

When you search for someone, Stalker retrieves publicly available information about that person from the open internet and synthesizes it into a profile. We do not collect non-public, paywalled, or behind-login data, nor do we bypass platform privacy controls.

Subject rights. If you are the subject of a Stalker search and want your data removed from future search results, contact privacy@sentez.co. We honor opt-out and erasure requests under GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA/CPRA and similar laws.

Stalker is not a "consumer reporting agency" under the U.S. Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA). Results may not be used for decisions about employment, credit, housing, insurance or any other FCRA-regulated purpose.

4. How we use your information

We use collected information to operate, improve, secure and support Stalker.

• To run search queries and generate AI-synthesized profile results.
• To remember your history and saved profiles, and notify you when new public information about a saved person appears.
• To respond to follow-up chat questions about a profile.
• To send relevant in-app and push notifications about your searches or product updates.
• To process subscriptions, paywalls and App Store-related access.
• To monitor reliability, prevent abuse, and detect misuse of the platform.
• To respond to support, deletion, privacy or billing requests.
• To improve our ranking and AI systems using aggregated or de-identified data.

5. AI processing and third parties

Search queries and follow-up chat prompts are transmitted over HTTPS to our backend on Google Cloud / Firebase, then forwarded to OpenAI L.L.C. (GPT-5.4-mini and GPT-5.4 endpoints with web search) solely to generate the result you see in the app. Per OpenAI's API data-usage policy, API content is not used to train OpenAI models and is retained at OpenAI for up to 30 days for abuse monitoring before deletion.

We do not sell your queries or results to data brokers or advertisers. Cached profile results are stored for up to 24 hours to reduce repeated AI cost and may be retained longer if you save the profile.

6. Sharing of information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as needed to run the service, comply with law or protect rights.

• Service providers: Google Cloud / Firebase (hosting, auth, database), OpenAI (AI synthesis), Adapty (subscription management), Mixpanel and Firebase Analytics (product analytics), OneSignal (push), Adjust (attribution), customer support tooling.
• Payment and platform providers such as Apple, to the extent needed for subscriptions and transactions.
• Legal or regulatory authorities when required by law, legal process or valid government request.
• A buyer, investor or successor entity in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization or asset sale.

7. Data retention

We retain personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including service delivery, legal compliance, dispute resolution and security enforcement.

You can delete individual searches from your in-app history at any time, clear all history, or delete your entire account. On account deletion we remove your stored history, saved profiles, chat transcripts and account record within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

8. Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live (EU/UK, California, Canada and others), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, port or object to processing of your personal information.

9. Age restriction

Stalker is intended exclusively for users aged 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe an underage individual has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will review and delete it as appropriate.

10. International transfers and security

Your information may be processed in countries other than your own, including the United States. We take commercially reasonable administrative, technical and organizational steps to protect your data, but no system is completely secure.

11. Changes and contact

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we revise the effective date and publish the updated version through the website or app.
